Marco’s Mexican Grill

Marco's Mexican Grill is a Mexican food truck at 2701 W 7th Ave in Denver, on the northwest corner of 7th and Canosa in the Johnstone Supply parking lot. Because it is a food truck, locations can change, so check the website or Facebook page for current spots and events. The menu features street tacos, served three to an order with onions, cilantro, lime, salsa, beans and rice, in carnitas, chicken, chorizo, ground beef or guacamole. A breakfast sandwich comes on a butter-toasted sesame seed bun with scrambled egg, cheese, potatoes, green chile and a choice of meat.

Other dishes include a chile cheese burger with chile cheese fries, green enchiladas smothered in green chile, and a big burrito with a choice of proteins. The truck says its food is made fresh from homemade recipes. Breakfast is served, takeout and online ordering are available, and Marco's also offers catering, from full-service setup to drop-off, pickup and ready-to-go burrito orders.
