Ocho’s Mexican Cocina

Ocho's Mexican Cocina is a family-run Mexican restaurant on East Union Avenue in Denver. Founder Alonso Saenz, known as "Ocho," began with a food truck called La Única in 2018, moved on to DGO Mexican Grill in 2021, and opened this restaurant in 2023. The menu pairs street food favorites with more elevated Mexican dishes.

Expect tacos, burritos, mulitas, vampiros, birria tacos with dipping broth, tortas, chiles rellenos, enchiladas and carne asada, plus guacamole, queso and churros. Breakfast is served on weekdays and weekends, and kids eat free on Saturdays and Sundays for in-store dining.
