Climb Elevated Eatery is an American restaurant at 808 N Gunnison Ave in Lake City, Colorado, in the San Juan Mountains. Two restaurants share the building: Climb, the dinner dining room, and The Bar at Climb, a more casual bar dining area. The kitchen, led by Tyler Crump, uses fresh ingredients and blends contemporary and classic flavors with a southern twist.
The space includes an elevated dining room, bar dining, and a covered outdoor deck and patio. Climb has a full bar with craft cocktails and wine, accepts reservations (recommended for dinner), and offers catering. It also hosts private parties, from birthdays and rehearsal dinners to full venue buyouts for up to 136 guests, with custom menus designed for the event.
