Chimney Park

Chimney Park Restaurant & Bar is at 406 Main St in historic downtown Windsor, in a building dating to 1895 that was renovated in 2022. Chef and owner Jason Shaeffer opened it in 2007, and the kitchen sources local, seasonal and organic products from Colorado and the surrounding region. The restaurant describes a food-and-wine focus, with nightly Chef's Tasting Menus paired course by course with wines from a list of more than 450 selections.

There are two dining rooms, a full bar, and a happy hour in the bar. Reservations are accepted, and the restaurant can be reserved for private parties of up to 65 guests. Chimney Park has been closed since a kitchen fire and is estimating a reopening in summer 2026, so call or check the website before planning a visit.
