Hugo's is an American restaurant at 1605 Grand Ave in Glenwood Springs, open since 2020 and serving the Roaring Fork Valley. The kitchen runs daily specials from Chef Hugo alongside a regular menu for lunch, dinner and weekend brunch.

Dinner leans toward seafood, steaks and pastas, with starters like calamari, crab cakes and a burrata appetizer. Lunch adds sandwiches, tacos and salads, while brunch features pancakes, French toast and eggs prepared several ways.
