Description
Backcountry Gourmet is a Durango food business led by Chef Beau Lindborg, built around gourmet sliders made with fresh, local ingredients. The menu includes sliders such as a BBQ bacon cheeseburger, filet mignon, crab cake and fried zucchini, along with a spicy shrimp taco, a beet and goat cheese salad, and hand-cut fries in several flavors.
Breakfast burritos are served seven days a week at the 11th Street location, filled with pork belly, bacon or spinach alongside hashbrowns, egg and green chiles. Other spots include the Nugget Bar and Avalanche Bowl Company. Catering and online ordering are available, and table reservations are accepted for groups of up to 20.
