Description
Cobble Ridge Distillery is a craft spirits producer that describes its work as small-batch, handmade spirits made from locally sourced ingredients. Its website talks about keeping a close eye on every step of production, from the field to the flask.
The distillery's published recipes center on its Grappa Moonshine and Neutral Brandy, with cocktails such as the Miner's Mule, Peach Prospector and Moonshine Mary. A tasting room is mentioned on the website.
The website's own address and contact details point to Bangor, California, rather than the Colorado address in this directory, so check the website or call ahead before visiting.
