The Mighty Colorado Burger is a burger spot run out of a vintage Airstream trailer at 5768 Olde Wadsworth Blvd in Arvada, parked at the Denver Beer Co. Arvada taproom. The menu is short and centers on burgers made with Colorado-raised, grass-fed beef, and each one comes with a side of salt and pepper fries.
Chicken or an organic veggie patty can be substituted for the beef, and fries can be upgraded to truffle fries or tater tots. Guests can order online or call in an order, and the trailer's location at the taproom means you can pair a burger with craft beer.
