Description
Highlands Alehouse is a gastropub at 133 Prospector Rd in Aspen, ski-in, ski-out at the base of Aspen Highlands. It serves lunch, après ski and dinner, with a menu of classic dishes given a twist and made from scratch in-house, using locally sourced ingredients where possible.
