Description
Ellina is a locally owned, woman-led Italian restaurant on the lower level at 432 E Hyman Ave in downtown Aspen, Colorado. It has been serving contemporary Italian-American dishes since 2009 in a historic stone-walled dining room. The Mediterranean-inspired menu includes house-made pasta, seafood and locally sourced meats.
Owner and sommelier Jill Carnevale curates a wine list with an emphasis on Italian bottles, and Chef Miguel Diaz leads the kitchen. The bar pours craft cocktails that often feature Italian ingredients. Reservations are accepted, and online ordering is available.
