Mawa’s Kitchen

Mawa's Kitchen is a restaurant in the Aspen Airport Business Center, run by owner and executive chef Mawa McQueen. The menu is seasonal and draws on Afro-Mediterranean cooking with French-American touches for dinner, with American classics at breakfast and lunch. Breakfast and lunch are served on weekdays, a four-course tasting menu is offered for dinner Monday through Saturday, and brunch runs on weekends.

The dining room is cozy, with a full-service bar and a patio open from late spring to early fall. The kitchen can accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, low-salt and diabetic-friendly diets. Full-service catering, private events, private chef services and in-flight dining for private aircraft are also available, along with online ordering and reservations.
