Merry-Go-Round-Aspen Highlands

Merry-Go-Round is a mid-mountain restaurant atop the Exhibition Lift at Aspen Highlands, serving a Southwest-inspired menu for lunch and après. Guests can grab a snack to go or settle in by the fire, and the deck has Adirondack chairs for enjoying a drink from the full bar.

The menu includes carne asada, pork green chili, chicken al pastor and fish of the day, served as burrito bowls, tacos, nachos, tortas and salads. Burgers include The Jerry, made with locally raised beef, smoked bacon, American cheese and the house sauce. There is also a kids menu for ages 12 and under, plus takeout and catering. The restaurant is closed for the season at the moment, so check the website before heading up.
