Yuki Aspen

Yuki is Chef Nobu Matsuhisa's tribute to world cuisine, set above the Belly Up music venue on East Durant Avenue in Aspen. The menu is built around Japanese cooking with influences from Peru and beyond, and is organized into small plates (hot and chilled), garden dishes, pizza, dumplings, sandos, and larger sea and land plates.

Specialties include A5 wagyu, black cod, crispy rice with spicy tuna, and Neapolitan-style shiso pizza. The bar pours signature cocktails, Japanese and domestic beer, and a wine list curated by a master sommelier. Dessert options and private dining are also offered. Reservations are accepted.
