Banh and Butter Bakery Cafe

Bánh & Butter Bakery Café is an Asian-fusion bakery and café at 9935 East Colfax Avenue in Aurora. The name nods to "bánh," a Vietnamese word for breads and pastries, and the kitchen turns out Asian-French inspired croissants, savory and sweet pastries, mille-crêpe cakes, sandwiches and desserts. It was founded by pastry chef Thoa Nguyen, who trained in baking and pastry arts and studied in France.

The drink menu includes a full espresso bar, daily brewed local coffee, and house-made specialties such as iced Vietnamese coffee, Vietnamese egg coffee, ube foam lattes, matcha and chai lattes, milk tea and lemonade. Takeout, delivery, online ordering and catering are available, with parking in the lot behind the building.
