Dry Dock Brewing Co – South Dock is a brewery and restaurant at 15120 E Hampden Ave in Aurora, Colorado. Dry Dock opened in 2005 as Aurora's first craft brewery, and its beer list centers on fruit-forward ales such as Apricot Blonde, Apricot Sour and Blood Orange Blonde, alongside a Hopricot IPA and a Tropical Sour. The bar also pours cocktails, including a Paloma and a Blackberry Mule.
The menu runs on a weekly rhythm, with Sunday brunch, a burger-and-beer night on Mondays and wing night on Thursdays. A happy hour runs Sunday through Thursday evenings, and catering is available.
