Urban Burma serves Burmese food at 10180 East Colfax Avenue in Aurora. Siri Tan opened it in 2019 with his brother Martin, describing it as the first Burmese restaurant in Colorado. It operates as a food stall inside an international food hall alongside other immigrant and refugee owned eateries.
The menu includes tea leaf salad, samosa soup, Shan noodles, Nan Gyi Dok, Burmese fried rice and a range of curries, with many dishes marked vegan or gluten-free. Banana paratha is on the dessert list. Online ordering and catering are available, and private party bookings are offered.
