Ein Prosit

Ein Prosit is a German-style biergarten in Avon, Colorado, at 82 East Beaver Creek Boulevard, Suite 108. The kitchen turns out sixteen traditional and exotic sausages and brats, along with sandwiches, Bavarian pretzels served with house-made Liptauer cheese, soup, meat and cheese plates, and apple strudel. Exotic sausages include elk jalapeno cheddar, buffalo green chili and chipotle, and duck cilantro.

The bar pours a dozen Bavarian, German and Austrian drafts, plus imported bottled and canned beer and a wide wine selection. A daily happy hour runs in the afternoon, live music plays on weekend nights, and open mic night is on the calendar.
