Suz Cookie Jar Rescue

Suz Cookie Jar Rescue is a family-run bakery at 1 Delwood Dr in Bailey, Colorado, where a mother and daughter bake together. The case changes daily and includes jumbo cookies, cinnamon rolls, sticky buns, scones, brownies, bundt cakes and sourdough bread and bagels made from a six-year-old starter. Gluten-free and vegan items are available, and custom cakes and pies are made to order.

Breakfast and lunch are served too, with bagel and egg sandwiches, avocado toast, a BLT and a grilled cheese. Online ordering is available for grab-and-go. The bakery also hosts cake- and cupcake-decorating parties for birthdays and other celebrations.
