Knotty Pine

Knotty Pine is a cafe, ice cream spot and gift shop on US Highway 285 in Bailey, Colorado, at the bottom of Crow Hill. The building dates to the early 1940s and has served as a saloon, a variety store and a community meeting place over the decades.

The menu covers sandwiches such as corned beef, Reuben, veggie and chicken salad, plus hot dogs, corn dogs, Polish sausage and burgers on a bun. There are cones, sundaes, shakes, malts and floats, along with espresso drinks, chai and house coffee. Orders can be called in for pickup. The shop also sells souvenirs, T-shirts, postcards, jewelry and sporting goods.
