Woody Creek Distillers

Woody Creek Distillers is a craft distillery at 60 Sunset Drive in Basalt, Colorado, in the Roaring Fork Valley just outside Aspen. The distillery makes vodka, gin, bourbon and rye, and says nearly all of its ingredients are grown in Colorado, within 250 miles of the distillery. Each bottle is mashed, distilled and bottled on site.

The tasting room hosts events, and the staff will mix cocktails such as the Peach Paradise Perfection, made with bourbon, and the lavender-and-gin Something About Mary. Catering is available. Call ahead or check the website for the event calendar.
