Havenly Baked Goods

Hävenly Baked Goods is a gluten-free, dairy-free bakery in Boulder, Colorado, baking out of Wilderness Place. Founder Katarina came to Boulder from Sweden in 2010, and the bakery grew from the bread she developed for family dinners, drawing on her Swedish heritage. The breads are vegan and made with ingredients such as oats, buckwheat, coconut flour, coconut sugar and seeds.

The bakery works in a dedicated gluten-free and dairy-free facility that processes tree nuts (coconut flour), with precautions against cross-contamination.
