Lift Chocolate

Lift Chocolate is a chocolatier at 6395 Gunpark Dr in Boulder, Colorado. The shop makes signature truffles, cherry cordials, English butter toffee, chocolate bars, and chocolate-covered strawberries, along with seasonal pieces for holidays such as Halloween. The business takes its name from founder Brandon Busch's background as a Marine Corps heavy-lift helicopter pilot. He started making chocolate from his home kitchen in 2015, then took over the longtime Boulder shop Concertos in Chocolate in 2017.

Beyond the retail counter, Lift hosts chocolate events for groups: a short tour, a tasting event, a combined tour and tasting, and a four-hour chocolatier class. Call ahead or check the website for current offerings.
