Description
Bohemian Biergarten is a European-style gastropub at 2017 13th St in Boulder, founded in 2013 by Zdenek Srom, who came to the U.S. from Boskovice, Czech Republic. The space is set in a historic building with original bricks and vaulted ceilings, and the tables were built from 150-year-old reclaimed lumber.
The menu draws on Central European cooking from Germany, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Austria, alongside imported European beers. The restaurant offers a happy hour on weekdays and a late-night menu daily, plus reservations, online ordering and catering. Two private rooms host group dining and events, and a patio is open weather permitting. Dogs are not permitted on the patio.
