The Buff Restaurant is a family-owned breakfast and lunch spot at 2600 Canyon Blvd in Boulder, Colorado. Jacquie and Chris Meyer opened it in March of 1995, and it has stayed in the family since.
The restaurant says it is seed oil free, cooking with beef tallow in its fryers, avocado oil on its potatoes and butter in its eggs.
