Description
Frasca Food and Wine is an Italian restaurant at 1738 Pearl St in Boulder, Colorado, built around the cooking and wine traditions of Friuli-Venezia Giulia in northeast Italy. The name comes from the neighborhood frasca, the informal gathering places where Friulano farmers, friends and families shared a meal and a bottle of wine. The restaurant holds a Michelin star and has received several James Beard Foundation awards.
Guests choose between the Quattro Piatti menu and the Friulano tasting menu, with a Friuli-focused wine list and wine pairings. Vegetarian and gluten-free adjustments are possible, and the Quattro Piatti menu can also be modified for vegan and dairy-free needs. Reservations are accepted, and private dining is available in the Taverna Room or as a full restaurant buyout.
