Description
Los Dos Bros is a Mexican food truck in Boulder, run by brothers Julio and Llohan Martinez, who grew up in rural Zacatecas, Mexico. The brothers spent more than 16 years working in Boulder restaurant kitchens, rising from dishwashing to sous chef, before Julio opened the truck. The truck is open six days a week, and as with any food truck, locations can change.
The truck offers catering for company lunches, dinners and parties, and the menu includes Jarritos sodas and Mexican Coke. The family also runs a second truck, Los Dos Bros Campfire Pizzeria. Call ahead or check the website for current locations and the menu.
