Description
Pica's Boulder is a Mexican taqueria at 5360 Arapahoe Ave. The restaurant describes its cooking as Baja-inspired, drawing on dishes that founder and Chef Andy Parazette discovered while traveling through Baja California. The first Pica's opened in Jackson, Wyoming, in 2001, and the Boulder location opened in June 2010 with former Jackson employees as partners.
