Description
Seb's Wood Fired Pizzas is a wood-fired pizza food truck and catering service serving the Boulder and Denver areas. Chef Sébastien Idée, a French chef, started the business in 2010 and cooks his pizzas in an oven he built himself. Because it is a truck, locations change, so the Find Us page on the website lists where it will be each month.
The menu includes Margherita, pepperoni, Hawaiian, a pesto pizza with roasted chicken, and a potato pizza with white sauce and French Brie, plus a rotating weekly chef's special.
