Sushi Hana

Sushi Hana is a Japanese restaurant at 1220 Pennsylvania Ave in Boulder, near the University of Colorado campus, open since 2012. The menu centers on sushi, sashimi and nigiri, from vegetarian rolls to signature specialty rolls, alongside ramen, udon, dumplings and hibachi dinners.

The restaurant also pours specialty cocktails, Japanese beer and wine, and sake. It describes its fish and other ingredients as imported from Japan, Alaska and California. Lunch boxes and roll combos are offered at midday, and a separate happy hour menu covers small plates, rolls and drinks.
