McDevitt Taco Supply serves Boulder-style tacos, craft cocktails, margaritas and rotating local draft beers. It began in 2011 as a single taco cart on the Pearl Street Mall and has operated as a bar and restaurant in the Meadows Shopping Plaza since 2017. Next door, heady coffee co. serves espresso and pastries from the same team.
The restaurant offers a taco meal kit with a choice of fillings such as green chile chicken, slow-roasted pork and vegan sweet potato and black bean.
