BoLD Restaurant and Bar

BoLD Restaurant and Bar is a family-owned restaurant at 505 S Main St in Breckenridge, Colorado, in Main St Station and steps from the Quicksilver Superchair. It opened in 2017 and serves breakfast and brunch daily, then shifts to a Mediterranean-inspired menu for lunch and dinner. Many of the dishes trace back to owner Marina Knell's Greek family recipes.

Breakfast leans toward elevated American classics, including chicken and waffles, Moroccan baked eggs, chilaquiles and several eggs Benedict variations, with gluten-free preparation available on most items. The restaurant says it uses cage-free eggs and pure organic maple syrup, and bakes its biscuits fresh each morning. A bar pours craft beer on tap, wine and cocktails in a rustic, library-style dining room. Reservations are accepted, catering and private events are offered, and a daily afternoon happy hour is on the schedule.
