Description
Breckenridge Distillery bills itself as the world's highest distillery, founded in 2008 in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. It is best known for its blended bourbon whiskey, made with a high-rye mash, and also makes vodka, gin and other spirits. On-site there is a restaurant and a cocktail program led by Liquid Chef Billie Keithley, with Executive Chef Diego Rotea running the kitchen.
The distillery at 137 S Main St hosts private events in several spaces, including the restaurant, the Founders Lab, a members-only lounge and an outdoor barn pavilion and patio. Reservations, takeout and catering are available, and a complimentary shuttle serves guests within Breckenridge town limits.
