Mulberries Cake Shop is a family-run cake shop at 1020 E Bridge St in Brighton, Colorado. The shop makes custom cakes for weddings, baby showers, birthdays, Quinceañeras, Sweet 16 and 21st birthday celebrations. Cupcakes and other sweets round out the offerings.
Kathleen and Kip Karr bought the shop in 2000 and moved it to Brighton after earlier locations in Denver. The cookie flavors include chocolate chip, double chocolate chunk, oatmeal raisin, peanut butter, snickerdoodle and sprinkle. Call ahead or check the website to plan an order.
