Description
The Burns Pub & Restaurant is a family-owned pub at 9009 Metro Airport Avenue in Broomfield, attached to the Hilltop Inn. It began as a side project of the family that runs the inn and has grown into a neighborhood pub with a large whisky selection and a menu of pub fare made from scratch.
The menu includes Icelandic cod fish and chips, Scottish bangers and mash, shepherd's pie, a house-brined corned beef Reuben and corned beef poutine, plus burgers, salads and a tikka masala. The pub says it keeps over 500 whiskies on hand and hosts whisky tastings. Reservations are accepted, and a happy hour is offered on weekday afternoons.
