Description
Proto's Pizza is a pizza restaurant with several Colorado locations, and this one is at 8001 Arista Pl in Broomfield. The restaurant's founder, Pam Proto, missed the thin-crust, charred pizza of her native Boston and opened the first Proto's in Longmont in November 1999.
The brand's pizzerias are described as offering table service, linen napkins, wine and a full bar. Online ordering and a menu are available through the website, and the menu varies by location.
