Description
The Asian Palate is a family-owned business at 328 East Main in Buena Vista, Colorado. Eddie Sandoval moved to town in 2008 to open it as a restaurant specializing in sushi and Southeast Asian cuisines.
The Palate has since shifted from full-service dining to private chef, catering and special event services for Buena Vista and surrounding communities. Its dishes draw on family recipes and comfort food discovered while traveling through Southeast Asia, and the family says it aims to celebrate local producers, farmers and ranchers. Contact the business through its website to plan an event.
