Description
Sorelle Delicatessen is an Italian-inspired deli at 303 US Highway 24 North in Buena Vista, Colorado, owned and run by sisters Kim and Sara. It opened in the fall of 2018 in a remodeled building from the 1880s, and the menu centers on all-natural meats and cheeses alongside house-made specialties, pasta dishes and freshly made desserts. The owners say they use local and Colorado-based products when they can.
Guests can dine in, call in an order or order online. Beer and wine are served daily. A Take-n-Bake section offers house-made lasagna, four cheese ravioli in a sage cream sauce and Angus beef stroganoff to cook at home. Catering is available for events.
