Little Engine Eatery

Little Engine Eatery is a seasonal food truck at 506 E Main St in Buena Vista, Colorado, parked at the BV Heritage Museum. Since 2017 it has served area residents and tourists, with humanely raised meats and vegan options on the menu. Vegetarian options are available too, and online ordering is offered while the truck is operating.

The eatery is a social enterprise of the nonprofit Achieve, Inc., providing paid work experience and job training for neurodivergent people in Chaffee County and nearby communities. The truck operates from mid-May through early August, and its site says hours can change, so check its Facebook page before heading out. Catering is also available.
