Description
Dragon Sushi Bar is a sushi counter inside LaGree's Food Store on US Highway 24 North in Buena Vista. The kitchen makes rolls, sashimi, poke bowls and appetizers like gyoza, edamame and miso soup to order, along with signature rolls such as the Volcano, Dragon and Mango Tango. It is also known for Sushi Push-Ups, a portable roll-in-a-tube format that needs no chopsticks.
The focus is on takeout, with online ordering available. The restaurant also takes catering requests through a form on its website and asks for a few days of notice.
