Buena Pho is a Vietnamese restaurant at 601 US Hwy 24 N in Buena Vista, Colorado, run out of the same building as Elkhorn Pizzeria. It began when Angie, the mother of Elkhorn's owner Simon, started cooking Vietnamese food for the community and grew it into a full restaurant.
The menu centers on pho, with a beef bone broth made from scratch and a vegan version, plus chicken pho. Other dishes include egg rolls, spring rolls, banh mi, vermicelli noodle bowls and steamed buns. Vegetarian and vegan options are available, and online ordering is offered.
