Carbondale Beer Works

Carbondale Beer Works is a female-owned neighborhood brewpub at 647 Main St in Carbondale, Colorado. The house beers include On A Whim IPA, Fuller's Red, Dad Bod Kolsch and Ghost Juice hard seltzer, with nitro taps and rotating guest taps from other craft breweries. Non-alcoholic canned beers and cider are also on the menu.

The kitchen turns out locally sourced bar fare, including vegetarian and vegan options such as Impossible burgers. The bar also pours cocktails, mocktails and a range of whiskeys, among them Japanese whiskey. There is a patio with live music in the summer, TVs for football games, and a happy hour. Online ordering is available, and the brewpub takes inquiries about events and kegs.
