Description
Marble Distilling is a craft distillery at 150 Main St in Carbondale, Colorado, with an inn and a bar called Club Marble on site. The distillery makes small-batch spirits from Colorado grains and Crystal River water, using copper pot stills. Its lineup includes vodka, whiskey, and coffee- and ginger-flavored liqueurs, plus zero-proof shrubs.
The distillery says it recaptures all of its process water and reuses energy from distillation to heat the building. Club Marble hosts live music on Sundays and recurring events such as poker nights in the barrel room. Check the website for the current schedule.
