Description
Mountain Heart Brewing is a craft brewery at 1841 Dolores Way in Carbondale, in Colorado's Roaring Fork Valley. The brewery makes IPAs, lagers and fruited sours, and describes its Carbondale space as the original Mountain Heart location, an industrial converted building that works well for events.
The brewery also runs a cafe and taproom in Basalt, which serves coffee, pastries, sandwiches, craft beer and homemade ice cream, with Wi-Fi for those who want to work or relax. The Carbondale taproom has announced it will be closing soon as distribution expands, and it will then be available for private events. Check the website for current plans.
