DOS, short for Dos Gringos Burritos and its Café Olé coffee shop, sits at 133 Colorado Ave in Carbondale, Colorado. The counter-service menu goes beyond Mexican food to flavors from Morocco, Greece, Italy and Thailand, with burritos, sandwiches, tacos and salads made from scratch.
