Dos Gringos Burritos

Dos Gringos Burritos is an independent, owner-operated cafe on Highway 133 in Carbondale, Colorado. It has served the community since 2000 and says it pairs burritos and tacos with international flavors like Moroccan, Greek, Italian and Thai. Food is made from scratch at a counter-service pace.

The shop also runs Café Olé, an all-day coffee bar that serves organic coffee and espresso, along with smoothies and frozen coffee drinks. The menu also covers sandwiches and salads, and breakfast is served. The restaurant buys local and organic ingredients when it can and slow-cooks Nieslanik Beef for its barbacoa. Guests can dine in, take food to go, order online or by phone, and sit outside with views of Mt. Sopris.
