Description
Brothers BBQ is a barbecue restaurant with a location at 5544 Promenade Parkway in Castle Rock. The brand was founded in 1998 by brothers Chris and Nick O'Sullivan, who built their style around barbecue traditions they sampled on road trips through Kansas City, Memphis, Austin and South Carolina. The restaurant says its meats are smoked in-house daily over fresh-cut hickory wood, and that its sides and sauces are made from scratch.
The menu covers meats and ribs, BBQ sandwiches, salads, a kids menu and a vegetarian and vegan section, plus party packs and bagged lunches. Guests can dine in, order takeout or delivery, or order online, and catering is available for events of many sizes. Gluten-free options are noted as well.
