Description
105 West Brewing Company is a veteran-owned craft brewery at 1043 Park St in Castle Rock, Colorado. Founded in 2015 and growing out of the Castle Rock Homebrew Store, it operates as a taproom and also has a second location in Colorado Springs. The brewery also runs a pizza truck, and its team names the 105 West Dark Mexican Lager as a favorite.
The brewery is gratuity-free. Staff pool any cash left behind and donate it each month to a local charity. Catering and online ordering are available, and a mug club and case club are offered through the brewery's app.
