COFF33 is a coffee shop at 20 Wilcox St in downtown Castle Rock, Colorado. The beans are roasted by a local roaster, Lost Coffee, and the shop stocks its Elusive Giraffe house blend along with Guatemala, Colombia and Ethiopia coffees. The drink menu covers espresso drinks such as lattes, cappuccinos, flat whites and cortados, plus drip, nitro and cold brew.

There are also chai, matcha and turmeric lattes, hot chocolate, tea and lemonade, with oat, almond, soy and coconut milk alternatives and syrups like lavender and brown sugar. The space has comfy chairs, outlets, free WiFi and a meeting room that can be reserved. Catering and online ordering are available, and parking is in the Encore garage behind the shop.
