Snarf's is a sandwich shop that began in Boulder in 1996 and now has locations in Colorado, Missouri and Texas. This Centennial location is at 9445 E County Line Rd, across the street from Park Meadows Mall.
Sandwiches are made to order on bread baked in white, wheat or gluten-free, then toasted in the oven. The menu includes Italian, roast beef, turkey, meatball parmesan, steak and vegetarian options, plus large salads, rotating soups, cookies, brownies and kid-sized sandwiches called Snarflettes. A giardiniera pepper blend is a signature topping. Takeout, delivery, online ordering and catering are available, and a separate gluten-free menu is offered.
