Cork and Cask

Cork and Cask is a wine and whiskey bar at 60 E Moreno Ave in Colorado Springs, set in an old trolley warehouse with velvet high-back chairs, chandeliers and a wall of whiskey. The bar describes a list of more than 200 whiskeys alongside wines by the glass and bottle, plus signature and classic cocktails.

The kitchen sends out shared plates such as a Bavarian pretzel with brie fondue, a deviled egg flight and seasonal cheese and dessert boards. A happy hour runs on weekday afternoons, and a patio with fire-pits is open to pets. Kids are welcome until 7 PM, after which the bar is 21 and up. Reservations are accepted for larger groups, and private parties can be arranged.
